To be eligible for a return, your artistic candle must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the nature of our handcrafted artistic candles, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Candles that have been used or partially burned.
- Customized or personalized designs.
This policy ensures the quality and safety of our products for all customers.
To Complete Your Return
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your item back to the artisan or manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued for:
- Artistic candles with obvious signs of use.
- Items returned without original packaging or that are damaged due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Returns initiated after the 30-day period.

If the candle was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
